The real difference

It doesn’t matter if you favor the barbell and heavy lifting, bodyweight exercise and challenging movements or running. You will get results either way. 

What matters more than what kind of activity you choose is If you are doing something or not doing anything at all. 

It is actually the only thing that matters.  

Do nothing and nothing will happen. Do something and the journey will take you somewhere. Purhaps you will enjoy life more rather than being pissed of at life for not giving you what you want.
